New Group Registration & Payment
To register a group, please follow the steps below:
Once your dates have been confirmed, EAM will typically hold your reservation for two weeks while your
forms and deposit are being completed and submitted.
We will notify you when your deposit has been received and your group registration has been confirmed.
Participant Registration
Each participant attending with your group is required to complete a Participant Registration Form.
Please email or mail a copy of each completed form to Eaglecrest Alaska Missions and keep the originals
for your records. Everyone in the group must have a Participant Form on file at EAM before they
arrive in Alaska.

- Contact Eaglecrest Alaska Missions by phone or email to inquire about the availability of your preferred
trip dates. - Download and complete the New Group Registration & Payment Policy Form.
- Submit the completed form and the $1000 non-refundable deposit.
Deposits may be submitted online or by mail.
