​7 Day Experience

GROUP TRIP

 The 7-Day Experience Group Trip Includes: 

• Pick-up and drop-off at the airport and all transportation throughout your stay in Alaska.
• Lodging, beds, pillows, and all meals, except while out on day trips, starting with Sunday breakfast and ending with Saturday breakfast.
• All tools and materials needed for the Community Enhancement projects. EAM may have some of the supplies needed for VBS and Day Camp activities, depending on what your group chooses to do.
• Friday Night Community Cook Out.
• EAM will provide the group leader with a copy of the devotional guide to be copied for each participant. 

The Group leader will be responsible for coordinating all extra group activities with EAM.


Local Recreation Opportunities 
Included at no additional cost (weather permitting)

• Waterfall Hike
• Hatcher's Pass & Independence Gold Mine Excursion
• Local Mountain Hike

Saturday Morning Departure 
We’ll leave camp approx 10:30 A.M. and transport you to Anchorage for an afternoon of shopping, sightseeing, and dinner. We’ll then transport you to the airport.


Trip Extras​

• Camp store with apparel

Airfare 
Groups must arrange their own airfare. All participants must arrive at the same time. A $250 additional fee applies if EAM needs to arrange an additional airport trip to pick up anyone flying in or out at a different time than their group (must be arranged in advance and prepaid). 


Group Size 
Minimum group size is 8 participants, and maximum is 35-40 (unless other arrangements are made with EAM).


Cost
The cost of the 7-Day Experience is $575/person + Airfare.
