Registration Information
If you’re ready to be part of an Eaglecrest Alaska Missions experience, this page will assist you with registration information. Please read the following information carefully and be sure to refer to the registration and payment policy located in the left hand column before you register.
Group Registration
To register a group, you must download the Group Form as well as the Registration and Payment Policy Form. Before completing the form and submitting a deposit, contact Eaglecrest Alaska Missions by phone or email to determine if the date you want is still available. Once your date has been confirmed, EAM will typically hold your date for two weeks while you complete the form and submit a $250 non-refundable deposit online or by mail. We will notify you when we receive your deposit and confirm your group’s registration. Within each group, each participant attending is required to complete a Participant Form. Once you have these forms completed, please email or mail a copy us, you may keep the originals for your own records.
Everyone in the group must have a Participant Form on file at EAM before they arrive in Alaska.
